MORE ABOUT ESSENTIAL EATING CLASSES
The Essential Eating Lifestyle & Cooking Classes are based on the philosophy of Essential Eating – an
eating lifestyle you can easily follow forever - happily.
Instructor and founder of Essential Eating, Janie Quinn is assisted by a group of dedicated and
talented certified Essential Eating Cooking Guides who are trained
in the essentials of the program and who themselves live an
Essential Eating lifestyle. These messengers of Essential
Eating and guest chefs may accompany Janie in the classroom.
Essential
Eaters are learning first hand how to get a little cooking back
into their busy lives for their health and well-being. Students
participate in
cooking organic
whole foods
using the continuous kitchen concept - cook once or twice a week
so you have meals to put together in minutes -
healthfully. Enjoy knowing what to eat, how much to eat, and
when to eat it, including dessert! Classes empower you to
create a stress-free environment in your body.
In addition to using organic and
local foods, our organic
kitchen is equipped with
filtered water, clean air, safe cookware, chemical-free dish
detergents, recycled paper goods, and is cleaned with non-toxic
cleaning products. We kindly asked that students not use
any colognes, perfumes, or scented products such as dryer sheets
prior to class as the chemicals alter the experience and the
taste of the food!
Graduates are
experiencing satisfying and lasting results including long-term
weight loss, more energy, lower cholesterol, better sleep, bowl
regularity, improved focus and memory, lower blood pressure,
strengthened immune systems, the elimination of indigestion,
less aches and pains and the freedom that comes from
knowing what to eat
to feel better.
