Peter Eckman
President
As
President, Peter Eckman is responsible for the production,
marketing and sales of Essential Eating sprouted flour
products. He joined Essential Eating in 2005 with more than
25 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Eckman came
to Essential Eating from CaseCon Capital Inc. of Scranton, PA
where he was a partner and Senior Executive Vice President. He
was responsible for launching CaseCon Capital’s successful
Workers' Compensation Savings Plan to all qualified North
American cities and states. Prior to CaseCon Capital, Eckman
was owner and Vice President of Energy Convertors Inc., an
electrical heating element manufacturing company. Energy
Convertors had 20 consecutive years of profitable growth and it
was acquired in 1998 by the Watlow Corporation of St. Louis,
Missouri. Eckman then became Vice President of Watlow's newly
formed Heated Polymer Technology group in
Winona,
MN.
Eckman
earned a Bachelor Of Science degree in Business Administration
from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
